This custom listing covers shipping charges for 10 beautifully curated gift boxes headed to the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa, CA for the NWPPA conference.

All gifts are carefully packed and will be delivered to the hotel by Saturday, May 17th via UPS. I've been coordinating directly with Rob Jones, Conference Services Manager at the Hyatt, and he’s expecting the delivery. The shipping label also includes "NWPPA Conference" and "Allison Morrison." 
 
To keep costs as low as possible, the boxes are being shipped in two containers.

Libby’s box is in the smaller of the 2 shipping boxes and is labeled with her name, while the others are neutral to allow flexibility in distribution.

This custom order includes 10 thoughtfully curated gift boxes headed to the Hyatt Regency in Santa Rosa, CA, just in time for the NWPPA conference. Nine of the boxes are valued at $50 each, with one $75 "passing of the torch" box created especially for Libby.
 
Gifts will be delivered to the hotel by May 18th. I’ll be coordinating directly with the Hyatt Regency team to ensure the boxes are ready and waiting for John upon arrival, along with clear pickup instructions.
 
This listing covers the cost of the gift contents only. A separate listing for shipping will be provided once final weight and dimensions are confirmed - I’ll be sure to keep those costs as low as possible!
